Savera Association

Healthcare

At Savera,
We offer more than just education. We address the wider needs of our community through a range of essential services:

Healthcare Services

General OPD

Savera’s General OPD is operational five days a week, providing accessible primary healthcare services to residents of Sriniwaspuri and surrounding areas.

The OPD is managed by two qualified MBBS doctors, supported by two trained nurses and a medical assistant. On average, the facility attends to 50–55 patients daily. Each patient undergoes a thorough examination, followed by regular monitoring and follow-up care, ensuring continuity and quality of treatment.

Eye OPD/Ophthalmic Services

Savera operates a fully equipped Ophthalmic Centre, offering comprehensive eye care to the local community. Eye check-ups are conducted every Monday and Friday.

In collaboration with Shroff Eye Hospital, cataract surgeries are arranged for patients identified during these screenings. Surgeries are provided free of cost to those in need, while a subsidized fee is collected from those who are able to contribute. All surgical procedures are performed at Shroff Eye Hospital by experienced specialists.

In addition, spectacles are provided at subsidized rates to patients who require corrective lenses, ensuring access to essential vision care for all.

Monthly Health Camps

We organize regular health camps focusing on issues such as cancer awareness, HIV prevention, gynecological health, anemia, malaria, and more. Awareness rallies on tobacco, drug, and alcohol abuse are also held.

Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, affordable healthcare to those who need it most.

Community Outreach

Daily visits by field workers and weekly outreach by our medical team help us stay closely connected with families in nearby slums, ensuring early intervention and consistent care.
